Sheet metal processing means making things out of thin sheets of metal by cutting them, shaping them, and molding them into different shapes and sizes. This process turns flat sheets of metal that are a few millimeters to several centimeters thick into various structures and components.
Latest generation technology
Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art mechanical and hydraulic presses, incorporating the latest advancements in technology. These presses have a maximum capacity of 800 tons and feature spacious table dimensions measuring 2200 mm x 2200 mm.
We utilize a range of specialized tools, including block blanking dies, step dies, simple drawing dies, double and triple effect dies, as well as ironing spindles for stretch forming.
Our expertise lies in handling both small-scale productions, even down to a single piece, and medium-scale productions involving high-strength materials such as A286, N155, and various grades of titanium (Grade 1/2/3). Additionally, we excel in working with conventional materials like AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel, iron, copper, brass, aluminum, and its alloys. We are well-versed in performing deep drawing processes, even for highly intricate and complex designs.
